1. Booking and Reservations

• All reservations must be made in advance through our website, via telephone, or through electronic mail.
• A confirmation email or message will be dispatched once your reservation has been confirmed.
• Customers are required to furnish accurate details regarding pickup and drop-off locations to prevent any service delays.

2. Payment and Fees

• Payments may be processed using credit or debit cards, as well as other approved payment methods.
• A full payment or a deposit may be obligatory at the time of booking.
• Additional fees may be incurred for waiting times, extra stops, or changes made at the last minute.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for either a full or partial refund.
• No-shows or cancellations made at the last minute may lead to a non-refundable charge.
• Refunds will be executed within 48 hours and will be returned to the original method of payment.

4. Service Policies

• Our drivers endeavor to arrive punctually; however, Florida Keys Express Shuttle shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Passengers are responsible for their own belongings; we assume no liability for items that are lost or damaged.
• Smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited within all vehicles.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be prepared at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Seat belts must be fastened at all times to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Any damage inflicted upon the vehicle by a passenger shall result in additional charges.

6. Changes and Modifications

• Any alterations to reservations must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
• Florida Keys Express Shuttle reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to operational requirements or emergencies.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

• Florida Keys Express Shuttle shall not be held liable for any missed flights, connections, or appointments resulting from unforeseen delays.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who violates our policies or engages in inappropriate behavior.
• Our services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability.
